CF group France comprises several legal entities in France. This data protection policy applies to the legal entity within CF group France that is responsible for processing your data.
More specifically, the following information concerns the collection of personal data by the company DEL (DIFFUSION EQUIPEMENTS LOISIRS) SAS with capital of 2,300,000 euros, whose registered office is at Lieu-dit la Basse Croix, 35530 BRECE, registered in the Rennes Trade and Companies Register under number 303 355 671, in its capacity as data controller.
DEL undertakes to ensure that the processing of personal data carried out in the course of its business complies with European Regulation No. 2016/679, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and with French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties (as amended), as well as with other provisions applicable in France to the processing of personal data.
DEL specialises in the manufacture and distribution of swimming pool products and equipment.
The concept of personal data
Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
The Personal Data collected may include, but is not limited to:
- your first and last names, postal address, e-mail address, telephone numbers, IP address;
- your identity data (names, first names, title, gender, date of birth, job title);
- your preferences with regard to marketing solicitations and communications from us;
- profile data (identifiers, passwords, preferences, feedback and answers to questionnaires;

Purpose of processing your personal data
