Description
The elegant above-ground roller shutter with a unique design.
TERMINALS :
– Polypropylene base made from 30% fibreglass and 70% recycled materials.
– Front panel: aluminium.
– Colour: white-black.
– 100% recyclable.
AXIS & MOTORISATION :
– 12V tubular motor with adjustable limit switches.
– Mains powered, with 200 W box including resettable electrical protection.
– 20 µm anodised aluminium shaft.
– Shaft and roller shutter supported by bearings integrated into the terminals, extending motor life.
– Key-operated control, supplied with 2 keys.
PANEL :
– White, grey, beige or blue opaque PVC slats.
– 69 mm wide slats for an attractive curtain with a reduced winding diameter.
– Pushlock attachment kits for installation on 2 pool widths.
– Pushlock available as a straddle mount on the base or pegged into the wall to suit every project, with a wide range of colours to match the liner.
OPTIONS :
– LivePool: shutter opening/closing controlled by smartphone.
– Stop Sel box for communication with the chlorinator.
– Automatic switch: electronic system that stops the shutter opening if an abnormal motor effort is detected, indicating that the shutter is still attached.
REEL :
– Motor can be easily assembled and dismantled without removing the axle.
– Height to shaft: 32 cm.
– IP55 terminals.
– Floor fixing included (stainless steel lag bolts and plugs).
– Power supply via 2-core sheathed cable (not supplied), minimum cross-section depending on distance between bollard and enclosure (refer to installation instructions).
BASEBOARD :
– Extruded articulated PVC slats.
– Anti-UV treatment.
– Width: 69 mm / thickness: 13 mm.
– No lead additives.
– Resistant to stains created by organic deposits (e.g. leaves, plant debris).
– Material complies with ageing resistance requirements defined in standard NFT-54-405-1: 2013.
Finishing caps :
– Mounted in the continuity of the blade.
– 3 sizes available: S (15 mm), standard (25 mm), XL (35 mm), allowing the width of the curtain to be adjusted ( /- 2 cm) without remanufacturing the slats.
– By default, our orders are delivered with standard caps.
– Caps adapted to shelves and staircases.
Assembly methods :
To make it easier to assemble the curtain on site (particularly where space is at a premium), we offer 2 assembly methods:
– By sliding (easy handling, requires space at the edge of the pool).
– By clipping (if there is no space at the edge of the pool).
Waterproofing method :
– By gluing *.
* This process allows you to adapt the size of the slats on site. After cutting the blade and fitting a new cap (available in the spare parts catalogue), it’s easy to reposition the original cap.
HANGERS :
– Pushlock attachment kit.
– Ultra-strong ABS cap (identical to that of the sealable parts range).
– Attractive, discreet safety kit consisting of a black base (to be fixed) and a coloured cover.
– Match the colour of the Pushlock to the colour of the liner for optimum aesthetic results.
– The apron is supplied with straps for attaching to the Pushlock, with coated straps for dirt-free ageing.
– To comply with safety standard NF P90-308, the curtain made of opaque PVC 69 slats must be at least 2.00 m wide.
– Pushlock hooks must be installed less than 50cm from the edge and with less than 2.5m between 2 hooks.
– Class B coverage according to EN 17645.
– Effect on evaporation: With an ROI of 99.1%, the louvres block evaporation. On a day when the cover is open for 2 hours, this saves 180 litres of water out of the 200 litres that would be lost if the pool were uncovered (for a 4×8 m pool).
– Insulating effect: With an I value of 51 W/m², the slats significantly reduce heat loss, helping to conserve the heat provided by the pool heating system.
– Solar effect: With an S index of 11 to 19%, depending on the colour of the slats, the shutter partially blocks solar radiation, helping to keep the water temperature under control, even during very sunny periods. The opacity of the slats also limits photosynthesis in the water, reducing the need for water treatment.
– Heat balance: With a natural heat balance of -33 to -41 W/m², the louver reduces heat loss from an uncovered pool by 79% to 83%.
